Founded in 2019 in Casablanca, ReaConsult is an independent firm whose RICS-certified experts deliver Red Book 2025, IVS and IFRS 13 compliant valuations — over 5,000 assignments completed across 6 cities, for residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural assets.

Bringing international appraisal standards (RICS, IVS, IFRS 13) to the Moroccan market — so every client, from a private buyer to a listed company, gets a valuation they can rely on: independent, evidence-based, and accepted by every major Moroccan bank and international investor.

Our head office is in Casablanca, at Emeraude Center (Boulevard Yafa). We operate nationally across 6 primary cities — Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fes and Agadir — and handle missions on request in secondary cities (Essaouira, El Jadida, Oujda, Tétouan, Chefchaouen, Kenitra, Safi, Beni Mellal).
