Bringing international appraisal standards (RICS, IVS, IFRS 13) to the Moroccan market — so every client, from a private buyer to a listed company, gets a valuation they can rely on: independent, evidence-based, and accepted by every major Moroccan bank, court and international investor.

Where we operate
Our head office is in Casablanca, at Emeraude Center (Boulevard Yafa). We operate nationally across 6 primary cities — Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fes and Agadir — and handle missions on request in secondary cities (Essaouira, El Jadida, Oujda, Tétouan, Chefchaouen, Kenitra, Safi, Beni Mellal).
