RICS Red Book 2025 · Market Value

Independent valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, agricultural and development assets across Morocco. Every report applies at least two methods (market, income, cost, residual, DCF) and delivers a defendable Market Value figure, opposable to banks, courts and administrations.
