MRE / foreign-owner assistance
Remote owner? We are your eyes on site. Weekly video calls, dated photos, monthly reports, urgent alerts.
Developer / promoter DD
Pre-VEFA signature: promoter audit (financials, references, delivery track record), contract negotiation.
Technical handover & reservations
Full handover inspection (see our Apparent Defects page). Follow-up of developer reservations during 12-month perfect-completion window.
Arbitrage & mediation
Disputes between owner and contractors: independent technical arbitration, mediation, admissible report if litigation.
