Full answer

Assets we value: - Residential: apartments, villas, individual houses, duplexes, gated-scheme property. - Heritage: riads, medina houses, older stock, character property. Value there rests less on a square-metre rate than on condition, structure and potential use. - Land: development plots, subdivision lots, land for division, sites aimed at developers. - Commercial and offices: retail units, offices, floor plates, income-producing buildings. - Hospitality and trading assets: hotels, guest houses, tourist residences, where value depends as much on the operation as on the walls. - Industrial and logistics: factories, warehouses, platforms and associated equipment. The most frequent assignments: 1. Before buying: whether the asking price matches the market, and what condition implies in works. 2. Before selling: a defensible price, and what pulls it down. 3. Estate division and exit from joint ownership: a value each party can check, and the balancing payments quantified. 4. Insured value: reinstatement value is not market value, and confusing the two exposes you to reduced settlement after a loss. 5. Contribution of an asset to a company's capital. 6. Second opinion: revisiting an existing report whose assumption, floor area or comparable you dispute. 7. Land and property audit before acquisition: title consistency, easements, planning status, apparent condition. 8. Investment advisory and support, in partnership. What we do not do, worth knowing before you call: no topographic surveys, boundary setting or cadastral operations — that work is regulated and is carried out by partner chartered land surveyors, whose signature appears on the technical file, not ours; no brokerage, since we neither sell, buy nor introduce buyers, which is what makes our figure usable by both sides; and no statutory structural inspection. Coverage: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tangier, Fez and Agadir directly, and the rest of Morocco through our network — we say so rather than advertising offices that do not exist. Visit lead times may be slightly longer; the method and report format are identical. Over 1,000 valuations a year since 2019, more than 5,000 assignments delivered in total.
