What documents do you need to value my property?

Title deed (Titre Foncier), cadastral plan, building permit (if applicable), floor plans, lease contracts (for income-producing assets), and any technical reports. We can collect missing ANCFCC and urbanism documents on your behalf.

**Minimum documents:** 1. Property title (Titre Foncier, Melk, Habous, Collective — we'll advise) 2. Cadastral plan (from ANCFCC) 3. Ownership certificate (less than 3 months old) **For built assets (additionally):** 4. Building permit (permis de construire) 5. Compliance certificate (certificat de conformité) 6. Floor plans (architect or notary copy) 7. Electrical and plumbing diagrams (for industrial) **For income-producing assets (additionally):** 8. Lease contracts (all active leases) 9. Rent roll (12-month history) 10. Service charge schedule 11. Operating expense history (2-3 years) **For industrial / specialised:** 12. Equipment inventory with acquisition dates and costs 13. Technical surveys (structural, electrical, environmental) 14. Insurance valuation reports **For disputed / court cases:** 15. Procedural documents (assignation, ordonnance, expertise antérieure) **What we can collect for you:** - ANCFCC ownership certificate (100 MAD, 24-48h) - Updated cadastral plan (100 MAD, 24-48h) - Agence Urbaine note (450 MAD, 5-10 days) - Mortgage history from ANCFCC We charge cost + 10% administrative fee for document collection.
