Day 2 (Sept 20): (5) Secured purchase methodology — 10-point due diligence checklist, how to commission an independent RICS valuation. (6) Real MRE case studies — Casa-Anfa overpricing, Belgium-MRE inheritance, Canada-MRE sale & repatriation. (7) International inheritance & estate planning — Moroccan law vs residence law, Hiba, life-estate/remainder split. (8) Individual workshop + certificate ceremony.

I live abroad — I can't attend the 2 days, what do I do? Each session is filmed. All registrants receive video replay (90-day access). You may also delegate your seat to a relative attending in person.
