1. Short sessions — 150 EUR to 1,500 MAD

An intensive one-day format on a specific topic. Ideal for:

Our upcoming sessions: online session (150 EUR) and in-person session, Casablanca, 19 September 2026 (1,500 MAD incl. tax).

2. Certification tracks — 15,000 to 17,500 MAD net of tax

A format of around 5 months, one day per fortnight, with certification at the end of the track. It is the investment with the best value for money for:

Two ReaConsult Academy tracks: Real Estate Agent certification (15,000 MAD net of tax) and Property Valuation certification (17,500 MAD net of tax). Return on investment: 6-12 months of assignments, or 1-2 closed sales for the agent certification.

3. University programmes — 30,000 to 60,000 MAD/year

Long initial education (2-3 years), typically at specialised real estate management master's level in the major schools (ISCAE, HEM, ESCA, ENA, EHTP, IHEM, etc.). High annual cost, mainly institutional career outcomes. Relevant for:

Caution: a university degree provides a theoretical foundation but often remains removed from field practice. Most large firms subsequently require complementary training (RICS in particular) for operational practice.

The CSF OFPPT — up to 70% reimbursed

For employees of companies contributing to the OFPPT, the Special Training Contract (CSF) covers up to 70% of the cost of the training. Concretely, for a Property Valuation certification at 17,500 MAD net of tax: your company pays only around 5,250 MAD (30%), the rest is reimbursed.

Typically eligible companies: developers, real estate agencies, architecture firms, engineering offices, building managers and condominium managers, appraisal firms, audit and consulting firms, banks and insurance companies.
