ANCFCC administers the Moroccan land title system (Titre Foncier). It registers all property transactions, encumbrances (mortgages, servitudes), and issues certificates of ownership. Under Law 14-07 (2011), title registration is the only way to acquire indefeasible ownership in Morocco. Every RICS valuation requires an ANCFCC title verification.
